The company is located in the Yichun Economic and Technological Development Zone (National level) in Jiangxi Province. The company has 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries: Suzhou Crown Advanced Material Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Minguan Lithium Film Technology Co., Ltd., Ming Guan International Holding Co., Ltd., Crown Advanced Material (Yiwu) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Jiaming Co., Ltd., and a sub-subsidiary Crown Advanced Material Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The company is a national high-tech enterprise and has passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification, safety and environmental management system certification. The company has built a set of full-process quality control system that meets the characteristics of the new composite film material production process to ensure the professional production and the stable reliable quality of products. The products have successively passed the American UL, German TUV and Japan JET certifications, and also passed ROHS, REACH and CQC certifications, which have met the control standard requirements of the European Union, China and other countries and regions. It has successively won the second prize of Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize of Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, Jiangxi Province's key new products and many other honors. Through years of continuous research and development investment and accumulation, the company has owned 115 various project patents, including 19 invention patents related to solar cell packaging materials, which is also one of the main drafting units for the formulation of national standards of "Insulating Back Sheets for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules". The company is the first to break the foreign technology monopoly of aluminum-plastic film in China, and has 9 patents for aluminum-plastic film invention. It is also one of the main drafting units for the formulation of national standards of "Aluminum laminated packing films for lithium-ion battery" T/CIAPS0005—2018. The aluminum-plastic film products produced for lithium-ion batteries meet the technical requirements of similar foreign products, and are even better than similar foreign products in some technical parameters, which greatly fills the gap in domestic aluminum-plastic film technology and market.
